Bowdoin Construction recently completed the adaptive reuse of commercial office space into a state-of-the-art ophthalmology care center. The facility, designed by Hardaway Associates Architects, required selective demolition, new MEP systems and HVAC upgrades. The newly completed facility features eleven exam rooms, procedure rooms, testing rooms, a workshop and offices for the doctors and staff. The space also includes an optical shop for clients to select the latest in eyewear.
