Community Health Center of Cape Cod

Bowdoin served as construction manager for this new 10,000 s.f. community
health center in Mashpee, MA. The facility, designed by Melton-Ferre
Associates, involved extensive pre-construction services and is
constructed of wood framing, Hardi-Plank and wood shingle siding, asphalt
shingle and standing-seam metal roofing and features a vaulted glass
entryway. The interior fitout features dental operatories, clinical exam
rooms, labs, a pharmacy, social services meeting rooms, multiple nurse’s
stations and staff offices.
