J. P. Morgan Chase Bank retained Bowdoin Construction to
build-out 35,000 square feet of space for their Infoserv Information
Technologies Group at Cross Point Towers. The project included the complete gut
and fit-out of the tenth floor as well as minor renovations to occupied offices
on the eleventh floor. The newly fit-out space includes executive offices,
conference rooms, computer rooms, a virtual call center and a new elevator
lobby. The project required new ceiling systems, lighting, drywall partitions,
carpeting, raised flooring, reworking of mechanical and electrical systems, and
all new cherry millwork throughout.
