Bowdoin has recently completed the build-out of this 10,000 s.f.
outpatient surgery center on the top floor of Health Point in Waltham, MA.
The project, designed by Hardaway Associates, entailed the demolition of
an existing tenant space, and the fitout of new operating rooms, recovery
rooms, sterilization rooms, nurses station and reception areas. The
project also required all new MEP systems and medical gas piping. All
construction was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
