Belmont Manor Belmont Manor retained Bowdoin Construction to build four simultaneous additions to their existing and operational facility. The structural steel and masonry block additions were built on concrete piles and included two three-story buildings with new dining areas on three levels, a one-story entrance vestibule, new lobby, and a new three-stop elevator and stairwell. Renovations made to the nursing and Alzheimer units included new bedrooms, bathrooms, general offices and support areas. Careful coordination with Belmont Manor staff was strictly maintained in order to keep disruptions to a minimum. |
